Why is a Story Overhauled?

This happens only when a member decides to quit and tells us to remove their content or deletes their posts.
When the story is finished we'll go in and make adjustments - fine tune it to preserve the story.
If a story has yet to be Archived, we'll do this.
If a story has already been Archived, with the person's content, as in placed on the static pages of the venues sub-domain, we won't do it.
it is very rare, it's happened once in our existence and we've been around since 2002.
As per our rules and Notice of Copyright Materials
The RPG Organization retains ownership of archived stories and non-player characters (NPCs).
Members retain ownership of their player-created characters and are free to take them should they leave.
