What's Your Definition of Story Teller

We don't have actual, designated story tellers (we do have story masters though). That is to say, it's not an official position.
So how do we determine who runs a story? This is easy, The person who starts a thread is technically the storyteller of that thread unless they opt to make this disclaimer:
No plot, no plan, no problem!
Then it's a free for all and we see how the story develops and where it goes.
