Hobbies - Alicia spends her personal time in her kitchen. She loves cooking and discovering ethnic recipes. Her favorites are Thai, Mexican, and Italian. She also likes to read, play golf, and 1-on-1 basketball. With her twin, Ashley, she enjoys biking, chess, checkers, and just hanging out together.

Background:

Alicia is the first born of twins. Despite having an older brother, she showed signs of leadership at an early age. She could convince her sister, brother, and cousins to just about anything. It was no surprise to the family that in high school she joined the Air Force JROTC.

From there she joined the Air Force and was accepted into the Academy in Colorado Springs. She became certified to fly the F-16 and other planes and helicopters. Years later, her uncle recommended her to the SGC.

There was one problem, as far as she was concerned, she and her sister were identical. So, she convinced Ashley that they should change their hair. She claimed that it was a concern of a new supervisor in the service. So, they went to a salon and changed their sandy brown hair. Alicia opted for frosting, turning her hair blonde. Her sister went red.

Shortly afterwards, Alicia returned to flight school for certification in the F-302. There, she met and befriended Cam Mitchell. Both pilots took part in the Antarctica Incident. Like other pilots, this earned her a slot on a Gate Team. She was assigned to SG-15 under Colonel Nathan Rutger. They were posted at Space Station Langford.
